Our stress response developed so that we could either fight or flee from danger.  When we're under stress we use up nutrients very quickly, particularly the B vitamins and magnesium, which play an important role in supporting our adrenal glands and nervous system.  Supplementing these and other nutrients including Siberian Ginseng and L-Theanine modulate our stress response and so support adrenal function.
