Calcium and magnesium are needed for your maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Magnesium also contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. What’s Special About Osteo Support? It contains carefully selected and very specific nutrients in the correct form, quality and amounts that are important to support your bones.
For example, the minerals are all in the citrate form e.g., calcium citrate for efficient absorption and not sulphates, oxides, carbonates or chlorides. The vitamin D is in the form of D3 which is 87% more effective in raising and maintaining your levels of vitamin D than D2.
