• Nicotinamide riboside (NR) – a specific form of vitamin B3, converted in your body to nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) which has been linked to ageing.
• Resveratrol – an antioxidant produced by plants in response to injury or under attack from bacteria or fungi. Resveratrol is a natural polyphenol with many researched benefits including anti-inflammatory, cardioprotective and neuroprotective.
